An off-shoulder blazer set in white, sharper, where every pleat edge shows as a clean line. An off-shoulder blazer is an unusual thing — the tailoring stays but the neckline opens, which is what stops the set reading as office wear. The pleated skirt below holds its line standing and opens as you walk. Split apart, the blazer works over a slip and the skirt under something plain. Both halves are sized together. Most of our pieces are cut easy-fit rather than close-fitting, so the usual advice to size up doesn't apply here. If your measurements fall between two sizes, take the smaller one.

Swimwear is the exception — it's cut closer to the body, so for swimwear only, take the larger size.

Shoes

Shoe sizing varies by style. Most of our shoes show a US and EU pair — for example US 8 / EU 40. Some styles show a single number instead. If you're between sizes or unsure which system a style uses, email contact@thealif.com before ordering and we'll confirm.

How to measure

Bust — around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed.
Waist — the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
Hips — the fullest part, roughly 20cm (8") below the waist.

Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over underwear rather than clothing.
