A denim dress is the easiest thing to wear that still looks considered. This edit covers the shapes we cut — shirt dresses that button through, fitted and bodycon styles in stretch denim, sleeveless and pinafore cuts for layering over a top, and flared minis with more movement. Washes run from pale worn-in blue through to deep indigo and black, with distressed, appliquéd and embellished styles for occasions. Denim is the rare fabric that improves with wear, softening and moulding to you over the first months rather than degrading. Structured denim holds its shape from day one; styles with elastane will give. If you're between sizes, take the smaller one and let the fabric settle.
