STYLE BLAZER SKIRT

A sequin-dot trumpet blazer in white, where each dot reads as a separate point of light against the ground. A trumpet cut flares below the waist rather than falling straight, which is unusual on a blazer and gives it a skirt-like line at the hem. Sequin dots are spaced rather than massed, so the shine punctuates instead of covering. Polyester crepe holds the flare without added weight. Size on the shoulder.

Our cut runs relaxed — if you're between sizes, take the smaller one

Most of our pieces are cut easy-fit rather than close-fitting, so the usual advice to size up doesn't apply here. If your measurements fall between two sizes, take the smaller one.

Swimwear is the exception — it's cut closer to the body, so for swimwear only, take the larger size.

Shoes

Shoe sizing varies by style. Most of our shoes show a US and EU pair — for example US 8 / EU 40. Some styles show a single number instead. If you're between sizes or unsure which system a style uses, email contact@thealif.com before ordering and we'll confirm.

How to measure

Bust — around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed.
Waist — the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
Hips — the fullest part, roughly 20cm (8") below the waist.

Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over underwear rather than clothing.
