A satin two-piece in blue, cool-toned, where the sheen runs unbroken from top to hem. Buttons run the length of the skirt, so you set how much leg shows without altering the fit — an adjustment a plain skirt cannot offer. Satin catches light on both halves and ties them together. Split apart, the top works with trousers and the skirt with anything plain. Both halves sized together. Satin creases; hang both pieces.

Our cut runs relaxed — if you're between sizes, take the smaller one

Most of our pieces are cut easy-fit rather than close-fitting, so the usual advice to size up doesn't apply here. If your measurements fall between two sizes, take the smaller one.

Swimwear is the exception — it's cut closer to the body, so for swimwear only, take the larger size.

Shoes

Shoe sizing varies by style. Most of our shoes show a US and EU pair — for example US 8 / EU 40. Some styles show a single number instead. If you're between sizes or unsure which system a style uses, email contact@thealif.com before ordering and we'll confirm.

How to measure

Bust — around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed.
Waist — the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
Hips — the fullest part, roughly 20cm (8") below the waist.

Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over underwear rather than clothing.
