A crochet-trimmed knit set in khaki, the quieter of the two, where the trim is the only thing that registers. Crochet trim runs on both halves of a knitted set, tying them together when worn as a pair — a handcraft detail on pieces that normally carry none. Split apart, the top works with jeans and the bottom with anything plain. Both halves are sized together. Wash cool and dry flat; crochet trim distorts if hung wet.

⚠ Our cut runs relaxed — if you're between sizes, take the smaller one

Most of our pieces are cut easy-fit rather than close-fitting, so the usual advice to size up doesn't apply here. If your measurements fall between two sizes, take the smaller one.

Swimwear is the exception — it's cut closer to the body, so for swimwear only, take the larger size.

Shoes

Shoe sizing varies by style. Most of our shoes show a US and EU pair — for example US 8 / EU 40. Some styles show a single number instead. If you're between sizes or unsure which system a style uses, email contact@thealif.com before ordering and we'll confirm.

How to measure

Bust — around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed.
Waist — the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
Hips — the fullest part, roughly 20cm (8") below the waist.

Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over underwear rather than clothing.
