Baggy cargo pants in warm brown, the quieter of the two and the easier alongside cream and tan. Cut deliberately loose through the leg with cargo pockets at the thigh, so the volume is the shape rather than a fitting error. Polyester crepe holds that volume without adding weight, and it does not crease in a suitcase. The waist sits mid-rise. Check the inseam on the product page before ordering; it varies by style.

Our cut runs relaxed — if you're between sizes, take the smaller one

Most of our pieces are cut easy-fit rather than close-fitting, so the usual advice to size up doesn't apply here. If your measurements fall between two sizes, take the smaller one.

Swimwear is the exception — it's cut closer to the body, so for swimwear only, take the larger size.

Shoes

Shoe sizing varies by style. Most of our shoes show a US and EU pair — for example US 8 / EU 40. Some styles show a single number instead. If you're between sizes or unsure which system a style uses, email contact@thealif.com before ordering and we'll confirm.

How to measure

Bust — around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed.
Waist — the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
Hips — the fullest part, roughly 20cm (8") below the waist.

Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over underwear rather than clothing.
