A halter lace two-piece in warm brown, deeper than lace usually comes and the more autumnal of the two. Lace runs continuously between halter top and skirt when the set is worn together, which is the reason to buy the pair. The halter carries the weight from the neck and leaves the back open; the skirt picks the pattern back up below. Lace gives pattern and texture at once, so nothing is applied over it. Both halves are sized together, so order the same size in each.

⚠ Our cut runs relaxed — if you're between sizes, take the smaller one

Most of our pieces are cut easy-fit rather than close-fitting, so the usual advice to size up doesn't apply here. If your measurements fall between two sizes, take the smaller one.

Swimwear is the exception — it's cut closer to the body, so for swimwear only, take the larger size.

Shoes

Shoe sizing varies by style. Most of our shoes show a US and EU pair — for example US 8 / EU 40. Some styles show a single number instead. If you're between sizes or unsure which system a style uses, email contact@thealif.com before ordering and we'll confirm.

How to measure

Bust — around the fullest part, tape level, arms relaxed.
Waist — the narrowest part, usually just above the navel.
Hips — the fullest part, roughly 20cm (8") below the waist.

Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over underwear rather than clothing.
